Who We Are
Funding youth mental health in KC since 2006
We're a Kansas City fundraising foundation. Local events and sponsors raise the money. Partner organizations and programs deliver the care.

What We Do
Two decades of funded work in Kansas City
Fore the Kids founded in 2006, funding laptops and technology for kids stuck in long hospital stays. In 2017 the focus shifted permanently to youth mental health, and it has stayed there since.

How We Work
Three things that actually make this work
Local generosity in. Funded programs out. Proof you can see.
Local generosity
Volunteers, donors, and sponsors are the engine. Every dollar starts with someone in this community deciding to give.
Events make it possible
Golf, pickleball, and bourbon nights turn a good time into real funding for youth mental health across Kansas City.
Funded projects, real proof
Every project we fund is named, dated, and tied to an outcome, so you can see exactly what your support paid for.
Our Mission
Encourage to live. Support with care.
Fore the Kids Foundation strives to make a positive impact on the mental health of youth in the Kansas City Area
The Board
The people behind the work
Local leaders who give their time so Kansas City kids get the mental health care they need.
